Rental period and pricing
Minimum rental period is 4 days. Four days follows the normal catalog price. Five days adds 25%, seven days adds 75%, and one to two day use still follows the 4-day rental price.

Transparent rental terms before checkout
These policies are shown before customers submit a request so pricing, deposit, shipping, and cancellation expectations are clear.
Late return and deposit
Late return charge is Rp50.000/day. Deposit is required and refundable after the item is returned and checked. Deposit refund process is H+3 working days.
Deposit deductions
Deposit can be reduced or forfeited for late return, damage, permanent stain, or if packaging is not returned. If Theira packaging bag is not returned, the charge is Rp20.000.
Shipping
Delivery and return shipping cost are the customer responsibility. Jabodetabek and Bandung pickup or delivery can follow operational shipping hour, Monday-Sunday 10.00-20.00. Outside Jabodetabek may require seven days depending on shipping duration.
Return care
Rental item does not need to be washed before return. Item must be returned using Theira packaging bag.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be informed at least H-5 before the rental period starts. Before H-5, rental fee can be refunded but deposit is forfeited. After H-5, only deposit is refunded and rental fee is forfeited.
Availability
Theira may cancel if an item becomes unavailable due to late return or damage from a previous renter.
Privacy
Customer data is collected only for rental processing.
